Australia's largest independent bookkeeping company based in St Leonards and Parramatta with over 35 staff.

We're growing...which is where you come in.

We're looking for a friendly Payroll Officer to support our team and our precious clients with their payroll. You will work alongside Delivery Team and Account Managers to use your payroll expertise to process payroll and associated tasks.

The role:

Duties including (but not limited to):

• Processing clients weekly, fortnightly, bi-monthly or monthly payrolls
• Processing termination, long service leave, redundancy pays
• Filing Single Touch Payroll
• Payroll Reconciliations

You:

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in payroll in a professional services environment
• Minimum Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Intermediate knowledge of Xero in general but specifically must have experience in payroll, basic knowledge of MYOB
• Has used timesheets or other type of rostering software
• Accurate data entry with minimum 8,000 ksph
