Over 2.5 years.

What do you do at Numeric Eight?

I am an Account Manager.

Before working at Numeric Eight, what was the most unusual or interesting job you had?

Managing abattoirs.

What drew you to Numeric Eight originally? And how has Numeric Eight changed since?

I was drawn in by the flexible hours and work environment. Since joining Numeric Eight, the company has continued to expand, with the addition of more staff from a range of backgrounds including traditional bookkeeping and financial controlling.

What are 3 words you would use to describe Numeric Eight?

Warm. Pleasant. Professional.

What is your favourite thing about working at Numeric Eight?

Getting to know different types of businesses, different software and expanding my knowledge.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

App design.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

Shopping.

How would your family and friends describe you in 3 words?

Kind. Generous. Capable.

How do you define success?

Happy family.

Where is your favourite place to be?

Any place with  my family.

What is one of your ambitions?

10 year retirement plan.

What is one thing you can’t live without?

My family.

Problem solving and communication skills.

What advice do you have for businesses looking to improve the way they manage their bookkeeping and finance function?

Cost / profit centre structure, employee award / bonus scheme.
